Quotes & estimates
Valid for 30 days. Any additional work will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Booking & deposits
A deposit may be required for larger jobs or materials.
Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Larger projects may be paid in stages.
Cancellations
72 hours’ notice is required. Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge.
Site access
Ensure access to water, power, and work area. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

Notify us within 30 days of completion if anything needs attention — we’ll return to resolve it.
